Care South Solutions is the work of Tanna Jackson, a global consultant who refuses to see borders as the edge of her responsibility. The company brings resources, partnerships, and a US-based platform to fund and amplify the work happening on the ground in Kenya.

The Jihan Shariff Foundation operates in the Maasai communities of Kajiado, Kenya. Founded by Jihan Shariff, a documentarian, advocate, and community builder, the Foundation has a track record of on-the-ground impact with youth, women, and children with disabilities.

Tanna and Jihan connected through a shared commitment to practical humanitarian work, not symbolic charity. What began as a conversation about need quickly turned into a decision to act, especially around therapy access and mobility support for children in Kajiado. That early alignment became the foundation for a wider partnership built on trust, speed, and real responsibility.

The Shared Build
The Kajiado facility will be built under both names, Care South Solutions and the Jihan Shariff Foundation, as a visible, permanent symbol of what happens when two founders decide that borders are not boundaries.
